Processing format
We offer primary processing (loin, block, fence, trimmings, pounding), sushi and kitchen use (sushi slices, fillets, rolls), heating and long-term storage (pre-cooked, container packaging, pressure heating sterilization). We thoroughly manage hygiene based on HACCP, and individually design thickness, weight, yield, and packaging. One-time freezing is available for some products.
