Processing, packaging, and specifications are designed according to the intended use. We also use single-freezing for some products. We select the most appropriate method according to the raw materials and process.

Processing format

We offer primary processing (loin, block, fence, trimmings, pounding), sushi and kitchen use (sushi slices, fillets, rolls), heating and long-term storage (pre-cooked, container packaging, pressure heating sterilization). We thoroughly manage hygiene based on HACCP, and individually design thickness, weight, yield, and packaging. One-time freezing is available for some products.
