Processing format
We handle primary processing (loin/block/slices/offcuts/pounded), sushi/kitchen use (sushi topping slices/fillets/rolling cores), heating and long-term storage (cooked/packaged in containers and pressure-heat sterilization). Thorough hygiene management based on HACCP, with individual designs for thickness, weight, yield, and packaging. One-time freezing is available for some products.
